Ability to design and conduct training courses and possess knowledge of participatory learning techniques (train the trainers). – 8 years experience of legislation drafting for regional economic and business environment development (including privatization, SME development, public finance and procurement). – 6 years experience of state companies privatization and restructuring. – 6 years experience in management consulting (more than 40 companies). – 5 years of projects administration experience, including project development, staffing and budgeting, reporting, communications with the client. – 5 years experience of consultants’ teams leadership including multinational teams (more than 50 consultants from 8 countries). – Extensive experience in providing of effective and successful cooperation between western consulting firms (Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse, Coopers & Lybrands former, Dun & Bradstreet, Arthur D’Little, Chemonics, PADCO, Deloitte & Touche, Braxton Associates, CARANA Corporation, IBTCI, SOFRECO, West Russia and Smolensk Venture Funds of EBRD) and Russian privatized companies including common understanding and converting western approach for management decisions to Russian realities – totally in more than 30 projects. – Extensive relevant experience gained in economics consultancy, industry, government and academia, with strong project management and business development skills, strong analytic skills, presentation skills, negotiations, public relations, promotion, client relationship-building. – Extensive participation in USAID funded programs, World Bank, EBRD and EU TACIS funded projects. – Extensive experience of cooperation with Russian federal state bodies (Federal Duma and Council of Federation, Federal State Property Management Committee, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture, Central Bank of Russian Federation, Federal Accounts Chamber) and non-government organizations (Federal Chamber of Commerce and Industry), regional administrations (Tver, Astrakhan, Novgorod, Pskov, Yaroslavl, Buryatiya etc.), foreign non-government organizations (British Executive Service Overseas, International Republican Institute, National Democratic Institute, ACDI/VOCA, Irish Credit Unions League etc.). |
